Facilities

The club house at Eternity has several amenities that includes a gym, party hall, swimming pool, table tennis, billiards room, movie theatre, steam room, and sauna. All residents need to sign-in at the club house register before using any of these facilities. Specific details about each of these amenities are below:

Party Hall

  • a. An air-conditioned party hall is available for small gatherings and parties. The party hall can hold a group of about 75 people.
  • b. Please note that any use of the party hall for group activities, parties, and classes needs prior approval from the association and a usage fee is applicable.

Swimming pool

  • a. Residents are free to use the swimming pool from 8am to 8 pm. These timings have been set to prevent noise and inconvenience to families living in the lower floors and closer to the pool
  • b. Residents are strictly asked to not let children near the pool without adult supervision. The pool has no perimeter fence, so we ask all residents to be cautious and not allow their children near the pool.
  • c. Residents can enter the pool ONLY with suitable swim wear. Cotton shirts, trunks, and other daily wear are strictly prohibited in the pool to ensure good hygiene and maintain water quality.
  • d. Good swimming etiquette dictates that pool users shower before using the pool and be courteous to other users by not splashing, diving, or being very loud.

Table tennis room

  • a. The table tennis room has one table. Residents need to get their own racquets and ball.
  • b. There is no fee for use of table tennis room, but residents are requested to be courteous and share this facility if multiple residents are waiting their turn.

Billiards room

  • a. The Billiards room has two full sized pool table. Balls and cue sticks are provided. Children are not allowed inside the billiards room.

Theater

  • a. The 36-seater theatre hall is available for residents to watch DVD’s and other video contents on USB. The theatre is kept locked and residents need to contact the caretaker prior to use.
  • b. Eating inside the theatre is strictly prohibited.

Basket ball/ Badminton areas

  • a. The half basket ball court and two badminton courts are open throughout. Seasonal badminton tournaments are usually held and residents are encouraged to participate. Skill levels vary from beginner to experts.
